terms of service
first and foremost, once you have commissioned me, you are automatically bound to my terms of service. so please make sure to read carefully ✿------i will not accept a commission that i think is not within my skills yet such as detailed characters, background, etc. i might also decline/cancel a commission if you are to ever be rude, inappropriate or someone i would not want to work with anymore.-
payment is decided during the first stage of the commission. I will let you know if it's 50/50, upfront or after the commission is finishedPayment method is PayPal. All payment will be done through invoice only or through ko-fi.for unpaid commissions, if a sketch is sent and no response for 3-7 days, I will cancel the commission and sell it as a ych. For paid commissions and I've sent a sketch and you don't confirm it within 3-7 days, I'll be forced to put your commission on-hold + additional 1-2 weeks delivery time when you finally do. Reason is due to me following a schedule, so if you fail to respond within those timeframe I will not adjust other client's schedule for yours as that would be unfair to them.-strictly no refunds.if you, the client, decide the cancellation, regardless if you've paid half or full, or if the artwork has been finished or not. I will not offer a refund.I will only refund you if I've not been able to meet the delivery date (refund depends on how far I've already gotten into your commission) we have agreed upon or if I've not been able to send you an update within 2 weeks.no refund if lineart has already been made, otherwise I will only refund 40% of your total payment."i want to refund because the art style isn't what i expected" or "it wasn't the quality i expected"
i will not take this as a reason! before you place an order be very sure that 1. you know what my art looks like 2. what canvas size/dpi you want it. 3. that it's me you really want to draw for you.otherwise, please find the correct artist that you are 100% sure will be able to do the art you want QwQif you want to refund during the sketch stage, I will not give a full refund unless I deem that the sketch is not up to the standards of my usual artworks or if it was really out of my skills to draw the art for you.
-you can ask a maximum of 3 changes during the sketching stage, and only minor changes afterplease make sure to be clear and sure of what you want. i will not take commissions with instructions like: "anything awesome" or "up to you" or any similar term.-thank you for reading my terms of service
